By accessing or using any Tendrid product or website (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and paying subscribers.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not create accounts on behalf of another person without their consent. Notify us immediately at tenerjenkins@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Paid tiers (where offered) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
All content, code, and design produced by Tendrid — including but not limited to the Musical Symmetry interface, the Yissian engine, and HomePlanner 3D — is owned by Tendrid and protected by copyright. Open-source repositories are licensed under MIT unless otherwise noted in the repository.
You retain ownership of any files you upload for processing (MIDI, MusicXML, etc.). By uploading you grant us a temporary, limited license to process those files solely to provide the Service. This license ends when your session ends or your file is deleted.
The Services integrate with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Google (AdSense, analytics), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (CDN and security). Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tendrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have not made any payments.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting tenerjenkins@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
